Terms And Conditions

This promotion (“Promotion”) is available to customers of TradeZero America, Inc. (“TZA”). Do not participate in this Promotion if you do not agree with all of the following terms and conditions.

Eligible New Account Holders

The Promotion is available to all new TZA account holders (“Eligible New Account Holder”) who: (1) open a TradeZero account through the “Sign Up Here”, “Open Account”, or “Get 3 Months Freer” links at https://us.tradezero.co/baseball/; and (2) fund their TradeZero account with a single initial deposit equal to or greater than $2,500 (USD) in immediately available funds received by TZA (“Eligible Deposit”).

Promotion Period

The Promotion is available to Eligible New Account Holders while the promotion is active. TZA reserves the right to modify or end the Promotion at any time and without prior notice to you.

Platform Selection Process

After an Eligible New Account Holder makes an Eligible Deposit, they must visit the TZA Client Portal at https://us.tradezero.co/ to select the ZeroPro securities trading platform (“ZeroPro”) as their initial trading platform. (“Platform Selection Process”). The Promotion is only available to ZeroPro users.

Platform Discount

After the Platform Selection Process, Eligible New Account Holders who have made an Eligible Deposit will receive ZeroPro for free (i.e., without charge for monthly software fees and referred to as the “Platform Discount”) for the period comprising the remaining days of the month in which they complete the Platform Selection Process and the following three months thereafter.

All Platform Discounts will appear as a charge and a refund on an Eligible New Account Holder’s monthly statement for the Platform Discount period.

The maximum Platform Discount to be awarded in any one-month period shall be $59 (USD). The Platform Discount shall not include market data enhancements such as OTC Markets Level 1 ($5 USD per month) or OTC Markets Level 2 ($15 USD per month).

Deposit Bonus

Subject to the Promotion terms, requirements, and restrictions provided herein, TZA will deposit $100 (the “Promotion Award”) into the account of an Eligible New Account Holder within five business days following the Eligible New Account Holder’s completion of at least one trade. Eligible New Account Holders shall only receive one Promotion Award during the life of the account.

Promotion Award Revocation and Cancellation

TZA will revoke or otherwise cancel any Promotion Award given to or due to any Eligible New Account Holder if, during the 90 day period following the Eligible New Account Holder’s Eligible Deposit, the Eligible New Account Holder completes a withdrawal from their TZA account that leaves the account balance below the level of the relevant Eligible Deposit.

Responsibility for Taxes

Eligible New Account Holders are solely responsible for any and all tax payment and reporting obligations that may arise as a result of participating in the Promotion, including for any Promotion Award. TZA, its parent companies, their affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “TradeZero Entities”) shall not be liable or responsible for any tax payments on behalf of any Eligible New Account Holder. However, TZA reserves the right to withhold or report on any Promotion Award to the extent required by law.

Restrictions

This Promotion is only available to Eligible New Account Holders. This Promotion is not open in any jurisdiction where TZA is not authorized to do business, where its products and services would be contrary to the laws, rules and regulations governing the securities industry or where otherwise prohibited by the local laws, rules, and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction. Employees of NYSE Arca Equities, NYSE American, and Nasdaq Stock Market are not eligible for this promotion.

The Promotion is not available to anyone who currently has, or in the last 6 months has had, a TZA account.

ACAT transfers or other transfers of securities to a TZA account do not satisfy the Eligible Deposit requirement. Multiple account deposits cannot be combined to meet the requirements of an Eligible Deposit.

No cash alternative is available for the Platform Discount.

Disputes

By participating in the Promotion, Eligible New Account Holder agrees that the maximum amount in controversy to be awarded in any dispute with the TradeZero Entities is the cash value of the Platform Discount and Promotion Award. All disputes arising out of the Promotion shall be governed by the Eligible New Account Holder’s customer agreement with TZA.
