Terms and Conditions

This promotion (“Promotion”) is available to customers of TradeZero America, Inc. (“TZA”) (United States), TradeZero, Inc. (“TZI”) (Bahamas); and TradeZero Securities Canada, ULC (Canada) (collectively the “TradeZero Broker Dealers”). Do not participate in this Promotion if you do not agree with all of the following terms and conditions.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 04:00:00 AM Eastern Time on Friday, March 17, 2023 and ends at 08:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, March 20, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligible Account Holders

The Promotion is available to all currently active and/or approved new TZA, TZI, and TZC account holders (“Account Holder”).

New Account Holders must fund their TradeZero account by Monday, March 13, 2023 to ensure deposited funds are available for use as of Friday, March 17, 2023.

Locate Discount Promotion

TradeZero will provide Account Holders with a 50% discount on all TradeZero locate or pre-borrow charges incurred for non-easy to borrow stocks during the Promotion Period (“Locate Discount”).

Claiming the Promotion Awards

The Locate Discount will apply automatically to all locate or pre-borrow charges incurred for non-easy to borrow stocks during the Promotion Period.

Restrictions

This Promotion is only available to Account Holders. This Promotion is not open in any jurisdiction where TradeZero Broker Dealers are not authorized to do business, where their products and services would be contrary to the laws, rules and regulations governing the securities industry or where otherwise prohibited by the local laws, rules, and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction. Employees of NYSE Arca Equities, NYSE American, and Nasdaq Stock Market are not eligible for this promotion.

The Locate Discount does not apply to any overnight borrow charges incurred for holding a short position overnight.

The Locate Discount cannot be combined with any other available discount on locate or pre-borrow charges, including Platinum or Platinum + discounts.

Disputes

By participating in the Promotion, Account Holder agrees that the maximum amount in controversy to be awarded in any dispute with TradeZero Broker Dealers is the cash value of the combined Promotion Awards. All disputes arising out of the Promotion shall be governed by the Account Holder’s customer agreement with the applicable TradeZero Broker Dealer.
